• INGREDIENTS

    • 1 pouch of Michelada mix
    • 1 Mexican lager beer (Modelo, Corona)
    • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
    • 1 packed rimming salt
    • 1 teaspoon Sriracha or Hot Sauce
    • Garnish of choice : lime or pineapple

Directions

1. Place rimming salt in a small plate and rim the edge of a glass using a lime wedge.

2. Dip the glass in the salt and turn to generously coat the rim.

3. Fill the glass with ice and set aside.

4. Place the michelada mix in a large pitcher and pour over with beer.

5. Top with hot sauce and stir. Pour the mixture over ice and garnish with lime wedge.

Best served cold.
