Where are you located?
Our offices and warehouse are based in the Chicago suburbs at 951 Fargo Ave., Elk Grove Village, IL 60007
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently only accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards through our payment processor Shopify Pay.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped free of charge using Fedex Ground, Fedex Home Delivery, and Fedex Ground Economy. We currently do not offer any faster express shipping options.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped out within 2 business days after being placed. Delivery time will vary based upon location, but typically takes between 3-7 days for your product to arrive. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Illinois. We do not currently offer any faster shipping options.
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship products purchased from this website to the lower 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. We can not currently ship internationally or to AK/HI/PR and other U.S. territories and bases. Many products may be able to be shipped to other locations using Amazon.com and other retailers.
What is your return policy?
We guarantee that all orders will arrive to you safely with fresh product with a 30 day guarantee. If the product arrives damaged or not fresh, we will replace it at no charge. Unopened product can also be returned to our warehouse for any reason at the customer’s expense for a full refund within 30 days after the product arrives. Please Contact US with any issues you have with your order.
How long will the food in my product stay fresh?
If the product you purchased contains food, unless otherwise stated in the product description, our product typically has a two year shelf life when unopened, but due to storage restrictions we can only guarantee freshness of unopened product for up to 6 months. Once opened, product should be refrigerated and consumed within 90 days. If product is opened and not refrigerated within 2 days we recommend disposing of the product.
Should I refrigerate my product upon opening?
Yes, we do recommend you refrigerate your product after opening to preserve freshness.
What else can I do to keep my product fresh?
While it can be tempting to use your fingers to grab a pickle from the jar, that also can introduce bacteria that will shorten the shelf life of your product, even in the refrigerator. We recommend always using clean utensils when serving products from the jar to ensure freshness.
Where are your products produced?
Our products are produced all over the world, but mainly are from Poland, the USA, and China. Check the product description for more information.
Where can I purchase your products?
Our products are available for sale in many national retailers including Amazon.com, Walmart.com, and directly for sale through this website.
Can I purchase a large quantity of products or become a wholesale reseller?
